is very busy. However, I am asking,
no begging you to take just 15 minutes
per day to "check in" with yourself and
put SOMETHING in your Evidence Journal.
Using an Evidence Journal to give yourself
daily evidence of how you are shifting and
deliberately creating is extremely powerful.
It may seem strange - but it works.
Here is an example for how you can use
your Evidence Journal...
If you had a "bad" day then that cannot be
changed. But what can change is the way
you look at it. Something went "right" today.
Something good happened. Record that
evidence today.
Find something good that you can focus on.
This is what will keep you in the "flow". You
are out of the "flow" anytime you focus on or
replay things in your mind that are not in
alignment with the way you want to live.
