When you forget yourself because you are so focused on somebody else, your work, the future, the past, or
whatever, you are no longer in the present moment. When you are no longer in the present moment you are
more likely to be neglectful of
your physical, mental or emotional needs. We can all forget ourselves at times, for different reasons and in different ways.
Here are some examples:*You have a needle-nose approach to tasks and completely forget that you haven't eaten for the last six hours.
*You get so focused on others' needs that you forget
to exercise.
*You get so caught up in doubt and worry that you have a hard time sleeping at night.
*You get so involved in righting the wrongs of the world that you neglect your family relationships.
Of course, there are many other ways that we forget ourselves.
The important questions for you are...
How do you forget yourself?
And
What do you do to
wake yourself up?Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal. It will only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.
