Hi ! I received this fantastic email from Kristen Howe today with some powerful insights in it, so I'm forwarding it to you - you can read it below :-) Enjoy! Dr. A

It doesn't matter what your goal is - "Actualization" only has three steps.
Here they are:
Choose the goal, map the steps, take action.
That's it.
Do those things consistently and you're golden.
Super simple, right?
But if it's so simple, why is it so HARD to consistently and reliably get results?
Two reasons...
First, we're not tapping into the way we're naturally TRIGGERED to take action.
Yes, TRIGGERED
All people are naturally TRIGGERED to take action in a specific way. (ALL people, you, me, you're Aunt Sally...everyone)...
It's cause and effect in it's most powerful form.
Once you get this, you'll immediately see the SECOND reason it's so hard to consistently and reliably get results is...
"FIX IT" TRAINING...
...Otherwise known as Negative Reinforcement Training.
Nobody likes negative reinforcement.
But we're ALL taught to do it. So we do.
It doesn't work, because it aims to get results by creating shame and fear.
It's so painful that your "Inner Teenager" (aka Resistance) pushes against doing anything that will move your goals forward...
Your "Inner Teenager" uses procrastination...
And cripples you with doubt...
And claws at your confidence...
(I could go on, but I think you get it)
Your "Inner Teenager" rebelling against Negative Reinforcement Training is why most people know what they need to do, but for some reason it just never happens.
Ever been there? (I have. SO MANY times.)
So if "FIX IT" TRAINING doesn't work the way we want it to, what's the cure?
Well...you do a specific kind of Reinforcement Training instead.
You rock!
Kristen
P.S. When I find something that works - I need to share it. Getting to the next level and stacking successes doesn't have to be impossible anymore - and this is much more simple than what we're normally told to do...
P.P.S. This is the result of MONTHS of work by me and my team and I'm truly proud to show it to you...
...but there is a small catch: this page will only be up until November 2 (you'll see why when read the letter.)
