Close your eyes and inhale deeply for a count of four. Hold for four. Exhale slowly for a count of six. Do this five times.

Step 2: Release (1 minute)
As you exhale, imagine the tension leaving your body - like steam rising off your skin. Silently say: “I release what I cannot control.”

Ask yourself: “What is the single most important thing I can do right now?” Write it down, and give your energy to that one step.
👉 This creates clarity and direction, replacing chaos with calm action.
