It’s a natural part of the process because of how our subconscious works. 

Instead of diving into the science here, I wanted to give you something you can use right now to help lower your resistance (when you lower your resistance, you speed up your manifesting)…

Here's a simple tip to help you let go of doubts, fears, and negative beliefs:

Practice Mindfulness: Regularly engage in mindfulness meditation or exercises. This helps you become aware of your thoughts and feelings. 

When you notice doubt, fear, or negativity creeping in, acknowledge them without judgment, and then consciously choose to let them go. 

Replace these thoughts with positive affirmations or images related to your desired manifestation. 

Over time, this practice can help you rewire your thought patterns and align your mind and heart with your intentions.
